there is a need to address an issue with a product in order to serve our customers in a satisfactory manner. To that end, the following represents our return policy:
Unless stated otherwise in the product details section applicable to each specific product sold by purexstasy.com, we have a 10 day return policy on all items which meet
the following conditions:
• Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
• Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
• No returns on personal use products including all novelties unless defective.
• Defective items will be replaced with the SAME item only.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• We do not pay for postage on returns.
Return Procedure:
1. Include the original printed email or online invoice.
2. To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
3. You must obtain a "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" Number from purexstasy.com
BEFORE returning any product. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number!
Your RMA number must also be clearly written on your return package. Any products returned without an RMA number will be refused. We also recommend that you insure your package as we are not
responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products while in transit or not returned in the manner as outlined above.
